We connect personalised equipment to your home phone, and when you activate it in an emergency you can speak with staff in our control centre. If you are unable to talk, we will assume that you need help. We connect you to your designated friend or relative so they can bring help and support.

UK service
UK wide service

Our operators are on standby 24/7 and respond either by:

  • notifying a relative or friend,
  • alerting the emergency services,
  • offering advice, support and information.

A personalised profile on our system helps us quickly find the right help for you.

How it works

We simply connect our Lifeline box to your existing phone line and offer a user-activated pendant (neck or wrist worn), or advanced fall detector wrist pendant. In case of emergency the pendant calls for help through the phone line and allows you to speak directly to any of your nominated friends or family. The pendant can be use inside or within a certain range outside your property.

What do I need?

You need to have a working telephone line and at least two nominated friends and/or family members who live locally and are able to respond in an emergency at any time of day or night.

How much does it cost?

In additional to a Lifeline pendant, I wear a falls detector around my wrist. As soon as an incident occurs, the falls sensor sends an alert to my family so that appropriate help can be summoned quickly.”
